Cancelation Policy

Therapy sessions are scheduled in advance and at a time reserved for the client. Thus, sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice will have to be paid for, except in situations previously discussed and agreed upon or in cases of medical emergencies, accidents or disasters.

One of the most important aspects for therapeutic success is the therapeutic relationship and the commitment of both parties to attend each session, as missed sessions affect the progress of your therapy. Therefore, the regularity of sessions is crucial.

Prices & Payments

Individual Psychotherapy sessions cost 80 euros and Couples Therapy sessions cost 120 euros. They generally have a duration of 45 minutes and take place weekly or fortnightly at a set time.

Confidentiality

Each therapy session is confidential according to the ethical and deontological guidelines of the Portuguese Psychologists' Association and the European Federation of Psychologists' Associations.

Occasionally, and safeguarding the client's anonymity, sessions may be discussed with accredited and qualified supervisors, who are bound by the same confidentiality guidelines.

However, in the event of any imminent danger to you or people around you, there may be a suspension of confidentiality due to legal obligations. Nevertheless, if this situation arises, this will be discussed with you in session before any action or measure is taken.
